What is the booking process?

We book weddings on a first come, first served basis and take on a limited number each year.

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 20% deposit. Unfortunately, we can’t hold dates without both.

Once you choose your package, just email us the details. We’ll send over an online quote and contract that you can easily review and sign.

The remaining balance is due on the wedding day.

Do you travel?

Yes, absolutely! We love traveling and are always inspired by new locations. Wherever you choose to say “I do,” we’re ready to be there with you.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we typically arrive the day before your event and leave the day after. This also allows us time to scout the venue in advance.

Travel costs including transportation and accommodation for our team are calculated as a fixed fee based on the event’s location and length. These costs are added to your selected package.

When will we receive our files?

We understand how exciting it is to receive your images promptly!

For our standard packages, you can expect your images within 30 working days and video in 60 working days from your event day. If you choose from our additional options, such as "Express Delivery", your images will be ready within 10 working days and video within 25 working days.

We prioritize delivering your photos quickly, without compromising on quality. If you have any urgent requests or need assistance with the timeline, feel free to reach out we’re here to help.

Do you also deliver RAW footage?

We do not deliver RAW files, as they only represent a portion of our work. Our unique edits and careful culling process ensure that you receive the best, fully edited photos. We remove duplicates, test shots, and anything out of focus, delivering only images where you and your guests look amazing.

Do you Photoshop images?

We don’t alter how you truly look, but we do enhance your photos by smoothing skin and removing any obvious distractions. Our goal is to highlight your natural beauty and showcase the best version of yourself.

Absolutely, we’d love to meet you! Whether in person or via video call, we’re happy to connect before your big day.
